The flow of movement in a Vinyasa class helps to create body heat. Vinyasa is also called “Flow Yoga” because Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. This class is slow-paced and will help to build more body and present moment awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners or for those who already have a steady yoga practice and need a gentle class.
