    The flow of movement in a Vinyasa class helps to create body heat. Vinyasa is also called “Flow Yoga” because Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. This class is moderately-paced and will help to build more awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners or for those who already have a steady yoga practice. (Not Heated)

  • Dreamy Restore

    Unwind, destress, relax and enjoy this very gentle class with meditation and soothing, healing poses. Proven benefits of restorative yoga are : ~enhances flexibility ~deeply relaxes the body ~stills the mind ~improves capacity for healing and balancing ~balances the nervous system ~boosts the immune system ~develops qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self ~enhances mood states

  • Hot Vinyasa

    Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement, like a moving meditation.This is a challenging and fast paced, dynamic flow style class that does welcome all levels, but if you are new to yoga we recommend taking one of our Foundations classes first. (Heated Room)
